Our porcini poultry rub, with it mixture of porcini mushrooms, garlic, lemon peel and many herbs and spices, is carefully blended to bring a rich, earthy flavor to any dish.
Uses: Rub this rich seasoning liberally on any meat to develop a rich depth of flavor. Try adding the rub to sausage, burgers, stuffing, rice dishes, chicken salad and gravy.
