Our Story | Blue Ridge Olive Oil Company

Blue Ridge Olive Oil Company is a premium olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting experience located in the heart of the North Georgia Mountains, with retail locations in Blue Ridge, Ellijay, and Blairsville, Georgia.

Our original tasting room in charming downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia, is located on East Main Street in a beautiful, modern space where guests can see directly into our tasting room. Inside, you’ll find our signature stainless steel olive oil dispensers, known as fustis, along with our custom Blue Ridge Olive Oil Company bottles.

Blue Ridge Olive Oil Company is proudly owned by Tom and Donna Harper, whose journey to the North Georgia Mountains began over 20 years ago. What started with Tom’s visit to Blue Ridge on an architectural photography assignment  www.TomHarperPhotography.com soon became something much more. Tom and Donna both fell in love with the beauty, charm, and spirit of the area—so much so that they purchased the very home Tom had come to photograph, and before long, Blue Ridge became home in every sense of the word.

Donna, with over 30 years in healthcare, embraced the move as an opportunity for a new chapter. Inspired by a visit to an olive oil shop in Naples, Florida, Tom and Donna discovered a passion for high-quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Today, Blue Ridge Olive Oil Company is dedicated to offering only the finest, freshest olive oils and balsamic vinegars available.
