Robust Intensity

Produced in Lakonia, a region in the southeastern part of the Peloponnese peninsula, this rare Greek variety is very balanced but packs a nice peppery finish. Sure to please, it displays delicate creamy flavors like green apple, green almond, and wildflower. Low bitterness. Pairs well with any of our wonderful dark or white balsamic vinegars!
