A buttery lemon & garlic sauce for seafood. You add your favorite shrimp, mushrooms and green onions. You won’t believe how easy this comes together in just 10 minutes – perfect for those busy weeknights! When served with our Garlic Angel Hair or Rainbow Angel Hair pasta, it becomes a delightful seafood meal. Serves five.
You will need:
1 Lb uncooked medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
4 Tbl. Butter
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced. Or 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 bunch green onions, sliced, tops only
Cook pasta according to package directions. Melt Butter in large skillet over med/high heat. Add shrimp and sauté until pink (approx 3 mins). Do not over cook. Remove shrimp, leaving butter. Stir spice packet into butter. Cook 1 min. Stir in 2 cups water. Add mushrooms and simmer 8 mins. Add shrimp and green onions. Simmer 2 mins. Pour over pasta and toss. Serves five.
